Shipping policy

Customer assumes all liability for the legality of items in your specific state. We will not take returns on an item if it is not found to be transferable into your state. We will ship as quickly as is possible, usually next business day, but depending on the circumstances we reserve the right to delay shipping until funds have cleared and/or appropriate approvals have been received (Ex: ATF form 3 approval for NFA items)

 

Any items that are not legal for purchase in your state, will not be shipped to your state. Ex: No silencers will be shipped to California. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the purchased item is legal in their locality and adheres to all local laws. A 25% restocking fee will be applied for any returns as a result of issues regarding state/local ordinances prohibiting their purchase, possession, transfer, etc.

 

If your shipping and billing addresses do not match, we reserve the right to manually verify the purchase prior to shipping. If we cannot verify the purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the sale without warning.
