It's simple, you need an EFT file to use for NFA applications, and we can give you that.

We'll ship you a kit, you'll send us back completed fingerprint cards, and then we'll email you an EFT of these for ALL your future Form 1/Form 4 submissions! 

We also offer this without the kit, if you just want to send in a pre-filled FD-258 card for conversion!
